Let Be 计时（以下简称“本 App”）尊重你的隐私。本 App 不要求注册账户，不包含广告、跨 App 跟踪或第三方分析，也不会将你的个人数据上传至开发者运营的服务器。

本地数据

计时记录、时长、完成状态、所选心情、备注、偏好设置及导入音频只保存在你的设备上。

从网址导入音频

只有在你主动提供网址并开始下载时，设备才会直接连接该地址。地址所属网站会收到完成网络请求所必需的信息，并可能适用其自己的隐私政策。本 App 不将该网址或下载内容发送给开发者。

苹果健康

只有在你主动开启并授权后，本 App 才会向苹果健康写入正念分钟与所选心情。本 App 不读取健康样本，不会将健康数据用于广告、营销或数据销售。你可以随时在系统设置中关闭授权，并在健康 App 中管理已写入的数据。

通知、实时活动与闹钟

这些 Apple 系统能力只用于显示剩余时间、结束提醒和返回 App 的入口，由系统在设备上管理。你可以随时在系统设置中关闭。

数据保留与删除

本地数据会保留在设备上，直到你移除相关自定义音频或卸载 App。卸载 App 会删除其本地记录和导入文件；苹果健康中的数据需在健康 App 内管理。

Privacy Policy

Effective: July 13, 2026

Let Be Timer respects your privacy. The app requires no account and includes no advertising, cross-app tracking, or third-party analytics. It does not upload your personal data to a developer-operated server.

Data on your device

Timer history, duration, completion status, selected mood, notes, preferences, and imported audio remain on your device.

Importing audio from a URL

Your device connects to an address only when you provide its URL and start a download. That website receives information necessary to complete the network request and may apply its own privacy policy. The app does not send the URL or downloaded content to the developer.

Apple Health

Only after you opt in and authorize access, Let Be Timer writes mindful minutes and your selected State of Mind to Apple Health. It does not read health samples or use health data for advertising, marketing, or data sales. You may revoke access in Settings and manage written data in the Health app.

Notifications, Live Activities, and alarms

These Apple system features are used only to show remaining time, completion alerts, and a way back to the app. They are managed on-device by the system and can be disabled in Settings.

Retention and deletion

Local data remains until you remove related custom audio or uninstall the app. Uninstalling deletes local records and imported files. Health data must be managed in the Health app.
